Summary:

Role Skills for all employees have been moved to Skills I Have automatically in Dynamic Skills which shouldnt be the case and also we are unable to move the skills to skills in Development as well, can anyone help us what might have gone wrong here , below is the configuration for skills setting , do anyone have an idea what caused all the role skills for the employee moved to Attained suddenly ?
