FYI of approved requisition going to wrong Buyer

Hi,

A requisition was created on June 16, 2025, and approved on June 18, 2025. However, on June 17, 2025, we updated the "Buyer" in the Configure Procurement Business Function and Buyer Assignment rule to the new buyer. Despite this, the FYI notification for the approved purchase requisition is still being sent to the old buyer.

We would like to understand why this is happening and how we can ensure the FYI notification goes to the new buyer.

Additionally, is there any way to reassign the FYI notifications for requisitions that were created before June 17, 2025, and are currently pending approval, to the new buyer?

We would appreciate your assistance with this.
