Rehired employee still shows as inactive in security console

Hi,

We rehired an employee a couple of weeks ago, but they are still showing as inactive in the security console.

One post by a fellow community members mention the auto-provisioning rules as a potential cause. However, the employee in our case corresponds to our auto-provisioning rules (HR assignment status = Active), etc.

One thing I noticed is that the person was terminated on May 29, 2025 and was rehired on the same day.

Any idea what could cause this behavior?
