Supplier portal duplicate contact error message
Summary:
We have an existing supplier that has been taken over by another company. The supplier details have changed but the email address for the Supplier contact remains the same. This is flagging a duplicate error when trying to add the details to the new supplier.
The contact details are essential to enable Supplier Portal access.
Please can you advise if there is a solution for this scenario, as deactivating the current contact has not resolved the issue.
