Could I setup a default notification for a particular Scheduled Process without user intervention?

I need to monitor some Scheduled Process during a hypercare period, so I need to ask Users to include a specific email in the notification options for the Scheduled Process, on every run. This depends on users training, discipline and it is hard to achieve 100%.

I would like to understand if there is an alternative, like setting up a Default notification email for particular Scheduled Processes (in my case: Supply Planning's Release Plan), so every time a users launch this process I can receive a notification without user intervention.

Is this possible to do?
