NID Uniqueness Validation Triggers Immediately Without Displaying Potential Matches

Referring to

Oracle SR 2809131.1


In our environment after configuring per above SR, when an existing National ID is entered, the system displays a validation error immediately. The Potential Matches section does not appear, and users are unable to create a pending worker or employee with the same NID—even when that should be allowed per the SR behavior.


What additional configurations are required for the system to behave as per the Oracle SR 2809131.1 ?
