How to hide values from LOV of UOM

Is there a way to hide certain values from the LOV of Unit of measures? Is it doable using VBCS? I know we can hide/unhide the attributes but the values as well?

Would like to hide the highlighted value from the dropown.Dont want to end date in the lookup from where its coming from as its shared by Order management and Subscription management, we still want that value in those modules, hence just looking to hide it for RSSP
