How to Restrict LWD Edit Access to Manager Only in Resignation Process

We are facing an issue in the Resignation process in Oracle Fusion HCM. When an employee submits a resignation, it goes for approval to the line manager, which is as expected. However, we have a specific requirement where only the manager should be allowed to edit the Last Working Day (LWD) during the approval process.

Currently, both the employee and the manager are using a common resignation page, and since the line manager is also an employee in the system, the system does not allow the manager to edit the LWD while reviewing the resignation. It treats the manager as an employee and restricts the edit access.
