We are currently looking into solutions to ensure our HR data handling practices align with GDPR requirements. Specifically, we are seeking a tool or functionality within the Oracle HCM that allows for data purging or archiving of former employees' personal and professional information, based on country-specific retention periods.
The critical aspect of this requirement is to ensure that once the legally defined retention period expires, the data can be purged or archived—without impacting historical reporting.
Could you please let us know if such a feature currently exists, or if there are recommended best practices within Oracle HCM to support this use case?
