Human Task Expires Before Defined Expiration Time

Hello,

I have defined an expiration date for a human task in Process Automation. However, although I expect the following behavior:

  • The human task should remain active until the defined expiration period ends, and only then proceed to the next step,

what actually happens is:

  • The task expires automatically before the expiration period ends and moves on to the next step in the process.

Interestingly, when I send the same human task back in the process again, it works correctly and waits for the expiration period to finish as expected. I couldn’t figure out the reason behind this behavior.
