How to trigger SFO for Non-inventory but shippable items

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Our process has items which is not inventory but able to ship out.

This is for service like equipment inspection.

Specification of Item master set up as below.

Inventory Item = No.

Shippable = Yes.

In our scenario, we have to entry OM as below.

BU: BU A which belongs company A.

Item: non-inventory shippable item.

Warehouse: B which belongs company B.

Project: Code Z

After finished up the service like inspection, user of company B will do ship confirm.

Line status of OM will change to closed, however SFO event won't get triggered.

So how to trigger SFO for this case.
