Password encryption algorithm

I would like to know the password encryption algorithm that we are currently using to log into our system.

The document I found in CCC says 'SHA1, SHA256, SHA224, SHA512, MD5, SHA384, RIPEMD160'. Which of these encryption algorithms is used in our system? Please tell me more.
