Areas of Responsibility Templates - Not able to Add, edit or remove existing templates
Summary:
When enabling profile option: Area of Responsibility - ORA_PER_AOR_REDWOOD_ENABLED - I am unable to Add, Delete or adjust Existing AoR Templates. It is working in Responsive UI when the profile option is disabled.

I tried to use a user with the roles of Resource Specialist and Human Resource Analyst, but it did not work. I also added the following privileges to our custom role, but it still did not work.
- Manage Areas of Responsibility by Responsibility Type
- Manage Areas of Responsibility by Person
- View Responsibility Template
We have 25B Version in our Dev.1 & Dev.3 environments. However in our dev.1 environment, I am able to Edit the Responsibility Scope, and Remove functionality is visible. It is working. ( see green arrows in picture below).
