Is it possible to prevent a release of a claimed approval task?
Case: An approval task is routed to a pool (approval group). A person from the Approval Group claims this task. After three days of not working on the approval, the task is released back into the approval group.
According to Oracle, this happens based on the priority setting in the BPM worklist
Priority 3 = Release after 3 days of not working on a Task in that Approval transaction
There are two other options in the BPM worklist. The Due Dates and Expiration Settings under the Section Deadlines.
My question is: Does one of these settings overwrite the priority?
Or: Is it possible that a task is not released again after 1-5 days to the Pool again?
