Hello, Has anyone find a way to help manage the display the Help Desk Tags so that it is some kind of logical order (e.g., alpha) so that when the agent is viewing the lists its displaying based on the order of when added which is not ideal. If not, I'll create an Idea for hopefully future enhancement to help.

Also, I'd appreciate how others are using tags for reporting to help provide an easy way to analyze Help Desk Tickets
