Request Reference Letter in Application Submission process

Hello Experts,

We have the following requirement from one of our customers:

  1. Applicants must provide details of three professional references, including First Name, Last Name, and Email ID, during job application submission.
  2. Upon submission, an automated email will be sent to each referee with a secure link to submit a reference letter.
  3. Referees should be able use the link to securely upload the reference letter without logging into the system.
  4. The submitted reference letters will be linked to the applicant's profile and accessible to recruiters and hiring managers for evaluation.


Proposed Solution:

  1. Create person-level EITs to capture reference information and add this as an "Extra Information" section in the application flow.
