Terminate Employment: Unable to test rule

Summary:

After we migrated to Terminate v3 and Redwood, the new rule used in BPM Worklist became Terminate Employment (AssignmentTerminationsApproval), but we noticed a difference: we were unable to simulate rules for ongoing transactions as we did with the previous rule (Termination).
