Recruiting Agency submit candidate and candidate receive the notification
Summary:
Hello Everyone,
We discovered that when a Recruiting Agency submits a candidate for a job requisition, the email field is mandatory. However, once the email is entered and the job application is submitted, the candidate receives an email from our system.
Our client does not expect candidates to receive any communication until an offer is made. All communications should flow from the Client to the Recruiting Agency and then from the Recruiting Agency to the candidate, rather than directly from the Client’s system to the candidate.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and what workarounds have you implemented?
