How to fetch category value entered in PO lines to valueset condition for another field in PO lines

Requirement is to restrict the Tasks LOV in PO lines based on the category mentioned in the same PO line.
How do I refer the category field (value entered) in tasks valueset ?

Expected condition to be added like below:

TASK_NAME = ("CATEGORYNAME")
