Unable to download spend classification batch

I am working with spend classification for the first time in our test environment. I am at the point where I have a taxonomy created with a training data set and knowledge base. I have run several batches to test the timing of creating a batch. Now, I am trying to manually update category descriptions but I am unable to download the batch to filter and work in Excel. Any advice?
