I am doing the below steps and added the Subscription ID and the Account Name., I am still not able to request access to Oracle Support.
1. Log in to Oracle Support.
2. Navigate to Preferences > User Groups > Request Access to User Groups.
3. Input the Subscription ID and Account Name.
4. Click "Next," which leads to an error message.
