How to use AP Invoice Option for Drop Ship Purchase Orders

We have setup 'Manage Dropship Flows' - 'Ownership Event' to 'AP Invoice'. Expecting 'AP invoice' after Dropship PO creation would close the PO but AP invoice expecting ASN/Receipt against the PO.

PO created with 3way and Receipt.

Please advise.
