Add new department in Redwood keep loading after 25B

Summary:

Hello Team,

After 25B upgrade add a new department page, keep loading, tried to run (ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS with parameter: fa-hcm-organization), but the issue is not resolved

Other work structures like job,position,etc are working fine

Any input how to resolve this
