Want to Upload learning history for terminated employees

Will uploading the learning history for terminated employees and The courses should be uploaded as “legacy” courses

we are trying to load the date using LearningRecord.dat file
"METADATA|LearningRecord|LearningRecordId|LearningRecordEffectiveStartDate|LearningRecordNumber|AssignmentNumber|LearningItemType|LearningItemNumber|AssignmentType|AssignmentSubType|AssignedByPersonNumber|AssignmentAttributionType|AssignmentAttributionCode|AssignmentAttributionNumber|LearnerNumber|LearningRecordStatus|LearningRecordStartDate|LearningRecordDueDate"

We're trying to load Learning data for Terminated employees that aren't in our learning catalogue

While we're creating the HDL for this business object ''LearningRecord' we found that we need to provide an 'LearningRecordNumber' which was unique to every learning Item which we haven't had this to perform the load

could you please help on this or guide me or let me know if this is possible through HDL file ?
