Duplicate Positions in Redwood

Summary:

Hello, we are using the Redwood position page and after doing a transaction for a position, the position shows as a duplicate and you are not able to click on the position to open it. We have found the only way to clear the duplicates is to run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS process with this position ingestion fa-hcm-position. We were told there was a permanent fix applied for this but we are still seeing duplicates after doing a transaction. Has anyone else come across this issue or have
