importing transactions via FAH take too long time

we are importing around 1000 records but it take 20 minutes to finish with process ID:
1726788 - "Create Accounting for Data Set"(start: 04/06/2025 10:01 ICT - end: 04/06/2025 10:21 ICT) 
and the other in previous day the same issue process ID:
1721695 - "Create Accounting for Data Set"(start: 03/06/2025 09:56 ICT - end: 03/06/2025 10:39 ICT) .

And the other day, we are importing 200 records but it take only 1 minutes to finish.

We don't understand why the system is unstable.
