Compare feature enabled in Person Management, which allows salary information visibility to users

The Compare feature in Person Management currently allows users without specific salary visibility access to view salary information. This has raised several concerns, as it directly impacts data confidentiality and operational integrity.

1. I would appreciate clarification on the following points:

  1. Why has the Compare feature has been decommissioned?
  2. Whether there are any newly introduced features similar to the Compare feature in the production instance?
  3. Whether the Compare feature is enabled as a new feature in the MRUI/Redwood?
  4. Since the Compare feature is visible and a fix to hide the compare feature?

2. The other concern we have is for example "HR Specialist View all" access which does not have the salary privilege, also has the visibility for the salary details in the compare feature.
