Hi Everyone,

I need your support regarding the Backlog Management (BM) functionalities we’ve implemented in our project.

We have configured demand priority rules to help prioritize fulfillment lines for shipments. These rules are based on parameters such as:

  • Scheduled Ship Date
  • Order Type
  • Requested Date
  • And other relevant criteria

Example Scenario:
Let’s say we have two sales orders for the same item but with different customers, scheduled ship dates, and quantities.

When we run the Backlog Plan, the BM engine evaluates the priority rules and assigns a Planned Ship From Organization and a Planned Ship Date accordingly.
