Organization field not getting defaulted using auto complete rules

The Organization field is defaulted using Auto-complete rules while creating Requisitions from Hiring tab. Now, we have implemented a new way of creating requisitions (directly from positions- request new position). But, while creating requisitions from position screen, the Organization field is not getting defaulted.
