EL Expression #{bindings.PersonTypeId.InputValue == '2343'} not Working

We were trying to make one of the Hire an Employee Section Column required based on specific Person Type. But each time we tried it didn't work. We also tried making it Proposed worker Type. Please let us know if we can make this working.
