CPA LOV not showing up in Agreement LOV for requisition

Summary:

CPA is not populating in LOV when trying to create a requisition/PO. Other CPAs seem to be working fine, just this one is having problems. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of what I could look at to see if something is incorrect with the setup of the CPA.
