SLA Rule to drive account based on Intangible asset flag

We have a requirement to set up an SLA rule that will drive the account based on the Tangible/Intangible flag. Essentially, the account value will remain constant for all Intangible assets and will change to a different value for Tangible assets. We need the segment value to be one value for Tangible Assets and another for Intangible Assets.

However, we are currently unable to find a condition source (see attached) for the Tangible or Intangible flag. If anyone has any suggestions or insights on how to configure this rule, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
