cannot update the charging account after upgrade to Redwood self service requisition

Hi Procurement experts,

Would much appreciate your input on my issue!

We are testing the Redwood Self Service Procurement for 25C deadline. We enable it for 25C in opted in. However, when create the new non catalog PR with cart that we want to edit the line's distribution charge code, the field is gray out and not allow update. In our Classic UI it allow update to other values. We did not change any setup related to the charge code. Any clue what is missing will be much appreciated?!
