Summary:

Hello we are doing testing to implement SMS messages as an option on the career site for candidates via recruiting booster. One of our testers had to update their phone number twice, when trying to update it for the 2nd time, they receive the error "You've Reached the maximum number of changes allowed. Try again later." I assumed this error was similar to the one that candidates receive when they lock themselves out of the career site and must try again in 30 minutes, but this error has been showing for three days and does not allow us to update
