Redwood RSSP- Unable to add cost center which are in the format ****-****-XX in charge account

Summary:

In RSSP, we are unable to add the cost centers which are in the format ****-****-XX, neither in requisition preferences nor directly in the requisition distribution.

We were able to add the same in classic UI and it would be added as ****\-****\-XX, however, when adding in redwood UI, it is throwing error.
