Hi,

we created a new Document of Record Type. As you can see in the screenshot DOCUMENT_OF_RECORD_REDWOOD_1, we have the possibility to add an (or multiple) attachment (when we create the document type).

If we go to Me → Quick Actions → Document Records → we add a New Document Record, selecting as Document Type, the DoR previously created, we cannot display the Attachment we added in the creation of the Document Type (see the screenshot DOCUMENT_OF_RECORD_REDWOOD_2).

However, if we access to the Fusion UI (our current UI, before the migration to Redwood) we have a different behavior. We went to Me → Personal Information → Document Records → we added a New Document Record, selecting as Document Type, the DoR previously created, in this way we regularly displayed the attachment (see the screenshot DOCUMENT_OF_RECORD_REDWOOD_3).
