User cannot see data in approval notification - Job Requisition

Hi,

We have issue where user is not able to view any data in job requisition approval notification

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

There are 2 approvers for job requisition. Both the users are having same roles assigned. However, one of the user cannot see data in approval notification.

1-we tried checking the roles.
2-We also removed the roles from user and reassigned later after sometime.

3- We ran the LDAP and other related process too.
