OSMH: OnPrem Instance Registration Failed w/ Error “The Instance did not successfully register ..."

Goal:

OSMH On premise instance registration failed with error “The Instance did not successfully register with OSMH. Verify that you have set a compatible profile for the instance and try the registration again”

Cause:

Invalid registration profile used

Solution:

The error shows that the user is using an invalid profile for the instance registration. User needs to use the correct profile for the instance registration.
