HR transactions after moving to Assignment/Other section is not allowing to go to previous sections

Summary:

Redwood:

As a HR when tried to perform hire an employee, change assignment, transfer, promote etc we pass through several sections.

Sections: When and Why, Communication Info, Addresses, Position Override, Assignment, Salary, Payroll etc.

Once moved from the Assignment section or other based on transaction, when trying to go back to previous section/screen system is not allowing.

This is working fine in Responsive now but not having the ability to go back to a previous part of the action if needed in Redwood, but having to start over is very time consuming.

Please suggest in case anyone come across this issue and any inputs appreciated.
