IPv6 Prefix

Being able to assign an IPv6 prefix to an Instance would be great. Currently it is limited to a /128 (single IP address), but with dockers, virtualization, etc, it would be great to provide something larger.

I have tried setting up a route table entry on the Internet Gateway for an unassigned /64 from the Oracle provided /56, to the IP of instance. This should work, but does not.
