Link to own connections profile

Summary:

Is there a way to work this URL that links to a person's Connections profile to allow it to dynamically select the record of the employee themselves?

i.e. in an onboarding journey there's a task for the new hire to go and update their own profile content on Connections; previously we would have linked to the Public Info in the person spotlight.

When you find a record, the URL is reusable to share with others to go to that person's profile but of course this is different for each individual; I was hoping for a way to standardise the link to take them to their own profile?
