In Redwood Resign from Employment-Termination details not displaying in Approval notification

Summary:

We have migrated to Redwood V3 Resign from employment. when the Employee Resign from Employment, the approval goes to the Line Manager and HR VP. Though they see option to Edit, Approve and Reject, the Termination Details of the Employee are not showing up in the Approval Notification. I have assigned the below to Custom Role and regenerated the Grants
ORA_PER_PORTRAIT_MAINTENANCE_DUTY_OBI
ORA_PER_WORKER_WORK_RELATIONSHIP_VIEW_DUTY
View Employment Termination

Still the Details are not appearing in the Notification.

In Reports and Analytics, the data model is returning values when tried with Transaction id. When tried with the same transaction Id in the Seeded Employee Termination Report template, the Resignation details are not showing.
