System Shutdown Extracts

In late Sept we will be discontinuing the use of our Oracle SaaS HCM application when our client switches to another HCM system. Does Oracle have an established process to extract data from the current system as a final step for data retention when we shut it down? Or if not are there recommended reports and extracts available for us to retain important data?
