HCM Cloud - Global Person search is redirecting to "My Profile Page"

Summary:

We have an issue in the Global Person search in the HCM cloud application. When User searching a person and click on Top of that person name then it goes to their "Own" Profile page.. instead of that search person's "Public Info" page. It was working fine earlier and always search was go to that Person's Public Info page. When we click the right arrow , we can choose the transactions we can perform against that person. But HR users doesn't want to use that and they want the old functionality.
