Not able to enter any date in the Last Working Day field beyond the termination date

Summary:

This is in the terminate employment page, for example we have entered a terminate date as 1st June, and when we enter the Work relationship termination info section, we see we cannot enter any other date beyond 1st June in the Last working date field.
