RSSP: Extensibility question for 25C

Summary:

We were hoping that 25C would enable RSSP for customization as it relates to modifying the sourcing logic as it pertains to Internal Org or Supplier based on item setup in PIM. This is specific to "Enter Requisition Line" flow where requester can make a determination of supplier vs internal source. We would like to restrict manual flow and present user only with the source based on item EFF in PIM.
