Hiring Manager should not be able to access subordinates requisitions

Summary:

As per the attached screenshot, we have created a new Job Requisition security profile “PSA View Own Requisitions” which does not allow access to view

subordinates requisitions. We have attached this Job Requisition security profile to our custom Hiring Manager role named “BC Hiring Manager”.

Now, if we login as user who has this role “BC Hiring Manager” then we have observed that this Hiring Manager is able to see all Requisitions which are not tagged to the user itself, but are the requisition tagged to its direct and indirect reporting employees which is not expected.


We have raised an SR 4-0000811078 also for this issue and have been asked to put this question in Community to get a response from Oracle SME. Could someone from Oracle SME team check and let us know if it is possible for the Hiring Manager to not to see the Requisitions for their sub-ordinates based upon the Job Requisition security profile setting of “Access your Subordinates requisitions”.
