How can we add a security profile or enable security for the value set of a descriptive flexfield?

Within the Assignment Attributes (PER_ASG_DF) several flexible fields were created for specific use in our customer's operation. These are flexible fields with table-type value sets and others of independent type.

The goal is that users can only consult information in these fields according to their security profile.
