Unable to Load Historical Learning Records with Specific Statuses via HDL

Hi All,

We are currently facing an issue while migrating historical learning records from our legacy system to Oracle Fusion using HDL.

While attempting to load records with the following learning statuses:

  1. Rejected
  2. Evaluation and Test
  3. Pending Approval
  4. On Waitlist

We observed that these statuses are not supported in the HDL template for loading historical data. This presents a significant challenge for us, as we have a large volume of legacy records that fall under the above four unsupported statuses, and they are critical for audit, compliance, and learning history tracking.

The system only allows loading of records with the following statuses:
