Can Labor Distribution SLA rules use Payroll cost accounts?

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are analyzing the potential use of Labor Distributions from Payroll (using Timecard distribution), in addition to the existing use of OTL timecards being transferred to Project Costing and using rate schedules. The use of Labor Distribution would be for a different purpose (for exceptions where accounting needs to be changed via using dummy projects).

  1. Is it possible to use both Labor Distribution (with 25B timecard distribution) as well as OTL with rate schedule for different purposes?

2) Does the Labor Distribution SLA rules (Non-Project Labor) allow the use of the original Payroll cost account combination? (Is this the "Cost Account" source or the "Source Cost Account" source that would provide this)?

Howdy, Stranger!
